The buyer accepts all responsibilities for his equipment after final payment, insurance and liabilities. The seller or former owners accept NO responsibilities for the equipment purchased unless otherwise agreed to in writing by all parties after final payment is made. The Buyer on removal of his equipment from the former owners site will provide the necessary insurance as per the Rules and Regulations of the Respective Company. The Buyer agrees that he will abide by any and all company rules and regulations while on the former owners site.
