It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the equipment as to its condition before the sale. In the event of a sale, the Buyer is responsible for any taxes, fees, permits and transportation of any equipment that may be purchased.
It is assumed that all equipment that is still in place will be the responsibility of the buyer to take it down and remove it from the property within 30 days from the date of final payment unless otherwise agreed to in writing by all parties. The buyer accepts all responsibilities for his equipment after final payment, insurance and liabilities. The seller or former owners accept NO responsibilities for the equipment purchased unless otherwise agreed to in writing by all parties after final payment is made. The Buyer on removal of his equipment from the former owners site will provide the necessary insurance as per the Rules and Regulations of the Respective Company. The Buyer agrees that he will abide by any and all company rules and regulations while on the former owners site.
